A Reflection of my Choices

My reflection was a source of discomfort. My low self-esteem cast a shadow over the person staring back at me. I saw only flaws, the evidence of choices made in fear, of opportunities missed due to self-doubt. My tired eyes reflected sleepless nights filled with worry, and the slumped shoulders spoke of a weight carried for too long.
•Key Point: No factor is more important than your psychological development and your motivation than the valuable judgment that you make about yourself.
•Key Point: If you desire a 10 but your self-esteem is a 5, you will never perform at the level of a 10 you will perform as a 5 or lower.
•Key Point: If you lack basic self-trust, self-respect, and self-confidence your self-esteem deficiency will limit you no matter what other assets you possess.
You are never able to outperform yourself image.
